More fun with vegetables...
Ever since Chatty was lucky enough to find squash girl and give her a rockin' outfit with Steeler Girl's help, she has been on the lookout for other...interesting veggies.
So, imagine her delight when, at WalMart checking out the corn, Chatty picked up an ear that felt a bit...lumpy.
Chatty is not going to make any comments here, she's just going to post these pictures with pride:
The two "regular" pieces of corn were ear-marked (ear-marked! Tee hee) for The Wiz, of course - but Chatty was saving the "baby" ear for Miss Toot. Once it had cooled, Chatty asked The Wiz to hold it up for Toot to jump for - but before Chatty could even focus the camera, Toot had jumped, caught, and snarfled it down. It would have made a great picture, but all Chatty ended up with was a blur...*sigh*
Our little Miss Toot is FAST!
On the plus side, Miss Toot enjoyed her ear of baby corn - cob and all - immensely!

We grew corn that tiny in our backyard in Germany (and ate it, raw) but um... that is one interesting ear of corn!

Maybe Squash Girl and Corn Boy should have hooked up, I don't want to say what vegetable we may have gotten from that ordeal
