Blechhh

    Chatty is feeling blechhhhh....

Maybe it's just because she has to take down the Christmas tree tomorrow (and yes, she knows that is LATE). But, see...Chatty loves putting UP the Christmas tree, but taking it down depresses her a LOT.

    So.

Moving along, the Arizona Cardinals are playing tomorrow. Any judge of sports whatsoever has informed EVERYONE IN THE WORLD that the Cardinals will lose. The Cardinals themselves say they don't pay any attention to that, but, really?  You think? Coming from Arizona and playing in (forecasted) driving rain at less than 40 degrees...having lost EVERY TIME when playing the Panthers in their home stadium...

    So.

Also, Chatty doesn't feel well.  She is achy, but not badly enough to allow staying in bed without guilt. She is feverish, but 99 degrees is really... quite borderline when it comes to sympathy if comments from The Wiz are any indication. (Please insert appropriate whining here.)

On the UP side, Chatty dragged herself from her bower of ennui and bought ingredients to make vegetarian Chinese dumplings.

She has done the necessary preparation. The dumplings are in the freezer to "set up".

    She'll let you know.

    Right after her nap.

Chatty, my tree is still up, too. I hope you've been turning on the lights to bring you JOY, even at this "late" date.

I hope you feel better soon!

Christmas decor is such a joy to put up and a chore to take down.
I have to MAKE Wifester help me when its time to pack it all away again.
Sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. Miso soup always perks me up, it's chicken soup for the vegetarian soul.
    Those dumplings sound divine!
    Feel better soon!
